About Art360 Foundation
Art360 Foundation has worked with Sarah Staton on the development of her archive and legacy since 2016.
Art360 is an independent charity supporting artists and estates with archiving and legacy planning. Through the Art360 Programme, we empower artists to shape the narratives surrounding their practice and to preserve a life’s work for the benefit of present and future generations.
We have supported 45 artists and estates working in a range of disciplines through our tailored bursary programmes in England and Scotland, delivered by freelance specialists across the UK. We work in partnership with museums, galleries and arts organisations to deliver a dynamic public programme, which aims to create both visibility for artists’ archives and new opportunities for knowledge exchange across the visual arts.
About Art360 Films
As part of the Art360 Programme we produce documentary films with artists and estates exploring ideas around legacy, cultural heritage and approaches to creating an archive.
Award-winning filmmaker, David Bickerstaff, has worked with Art360 Foundation since 2016 to create film documentaries of artists & estates participating in our programme, including Sarah Staton.

'Fishfinger Sandwich' where art, food, memory and longing meet in yesterday's restaurants. Celebrating the social aspects of art and food, a fact/fiction nostalgia project gathered through the luxury bubble living of it, over some decades in first world western cities.

Artists project for 'Ghosts of the Recent Past', IMMA, Dublin

In 2016, Grizedale invited me to contribute to their 'Fair Land', a temporary village, with a pumpkin economy, built in the courtyard at IMMA over the summer 2016.
I researched live work as far back as I could on the internet, and made watercolours that show the shape of Irish live work over some two and a half thousand years, a broken story from BCE cranagh to 21st century homeworker studio flat asset.

A salon hang of 50 drawings from around 2007 - 2010, with a focus on wood in its various forms from living, to cut, to faked.
The drawings relate to sculpture made during that time period which were shown in exhibitions at the YSP, at Mount Stuart on the Isle of Bute, and in Vienna.
Along with the drawings are 5 steel and wood models of furniture; a bench made for a public commission at Crucible Theatre and the others for private commissions.
